RICHARD ROBERT CHERRY 1859-1923] was an Irish judge, law professor and politician. In 1899 he became Reid Professor of Criminal and Constitutional Law at the University of Dublin. He was appointed Attorney-General for Ireland in 1905 and elected to Parliament in 1906. From 1913-1916 he served as Lord Chief Justice of the King's Bench in Ireland.
